Order Status & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This email also serves as your receipt. Please note: it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking link becomes active.

You can always check your order status by logging into your account under “Orders”. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Returns

You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving them. If your order was delivered to a pickup point, the return period begins on the day you collect the package.
